Good Companions Spalding Ltd provide a service 365 days a year with each client’s person-centred needs being assessed and delivered through a preferred range of agreed services.
We’ll complete a holistic, person-centred assessment of individuals taking into account their physical, mental health, home environment.
The company also signposts individuals and their families to other relevant services that can provide advice and guidance in respect of legal, financial, property adaptations and equipment suppliers to improve and secure their current situation.

The company aims to generate a portfolio of staff available including photographs, qualifications and a short précis of their experience, hobbies and interests to match up personnel with clients from the beginning of the service, including in some cases (24 hour support) where clients can be involved in the interview process and allow teams to be established to care and support individuals, thereby promoting consistency in service. The company will be offering free advice and guidance for people with long term conditions, including dementia and telecare equipment to aid carers who support people with dementia in their own home.
Good Companions Spalding Ltd will ensure all the staff will be fit for purpose by processing each applicant through the Enhanced DBS process and obtaining relevant references from previous employers and/or others.

Heidi Hayman is the Managing Director of Good Companions Ltd with substantial knowledge of over 19 years’ experience working in the Private Care Sector both in Supporting Living and Domiciliary Care.
Heidi has completed in house training whilst at Social Service in many areas currently operating. Heidi has started the Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Heidi Hayman is both the Nominated Individual and the Registered Manager at Good Companions Spalding Ltd.
Heidi has worked at Good Companions over 2 years ago prior to this registration and is principally responsible for the smooth operations within the office with a focus in on quality auditing of all areas.
